Basic Reporting System
All HearTrak systems include a basic reporting system, which should meet the needs of the majority of users. It is easy to use and includes summary reports for all the major issues involved in the hearing conservation program, such as lists of STSs, recordables, and medical referrals. A "10 Year Summary..." will show very quickly how the hearing conservation program has progressed over a long time frame.
The "Miscellaneous" tab includes reports that are of interest to some Canadian provinces:
When the "Create Report" button is pressed, the user is given the option to preview the report on screen before, or instead of, printing the report. As will all Windows programs, the reports can be printed to PDF file writers instead of a standard printer.
