Manual Data Entry
For a variety of reasons, past or current data may have to be entered into HearTrak manually. HearTrak includes a special procedure to make manual data entry more efficient. This option is available immediately after selecting the employee. HearTrak can be set to default to manual data entry instead of entry directly from an audiometer interface.
The mouse does not need to be used, permitting the user can keep his/her hands on the keyboard. A sample manual data entry screen is shown below:
